Eminence Legend 1518. I acquired one of these back in 2019 to use in an ext cab. Its rated at 150 watts so it's not for BIG GIG lots of power duty but it may be just what we are looking for to use in a 50W or less amp. I've been using it with the DV MARK 50 watt head and also as an ext cab.

Its bright, has a very mild mid range curve and pretty good bottom end. It can handle everything the 50w amp delivers in a moderate room, no issues. The Legend series is understood to be what the stock Fender Gold Label speakers are which I use in most of my amps. This is the 15" version.

just thinking out loud, I think they are normally $99 . I found one for $79.

Nice find Tony. Probably handles more power than I would ever use.

I was also looking for 15" options when I saw the Eminence 15" CA154 that I posted about earlier in the week. that is a 300 watt speaker but then I ran across this one and liked these specs better. I ordered the 1518 and it should be here tomorrow.

By the way Tony, have you ever used an EPS 15C Neo to compare to the 1518?
thanks

No Fred, but I am a big fan of Emmi speakers, its probably pretty darn good ! I typically use 12's for everything, I lean towards the Emmi made Fender Gold Label, ( said to be the Legend series) I believe they are rated 50 watters. I have them in all of my amps, even the Nashville 112 . I'm not a fan of strong mid range, so these speakers are right up my ally.
