Yes it's a song by the Shadows. Their early songs are pretty easy to play. These backgrounds are made with the approval of the Shadows leadguitarist Hank B Marvin, now living in Perth, Australia.
I'm not a great leadguitarist but "Foot tapper" is on my bucket list.
