Hello All,

Late last fall I approached Tommy Huff about building a speaker cabinet for me. Even though I had some general ideas of what I wanted, Tommy guided me with info about his cabinet design, dimensions and materials.

When I called Tommy, I thought I wanted a simple black tolex covering the cabinet, but after we talked I wanted to check out all my options so I did the internet search. What jumped out at me was what one vendor calls " Burgundy Python Snakeskin". Although I don't like snakes, I really like black and red combinations, and I liked the texture of the stuff. Since this wasn't one of Tommy's standard options, he wanted a very small upcharge to source the python tolex.

Tommy provided pricing for his standard cabinet with different options for Eminence speakers (he's a dealer of Eminence) including the TT, PF and Wheelhouse speakers.
He also had a small stock of the EPS-15c speakers, and that was the one I chose. His cabinets are designed to hold either a 12" or 15" speaker and the EPS-15c 15" speaker fits well in the cabinet.
It also sounds great!
After I had decided what I wanted I thought why just buy one cabinet so I bought two. Hence the name--- The Pythons. The second one has a 12" baffle and I had a Weber Chicago speaker I put into it.

Here are a few pictures.

I named the Pythons Blackie, loaded with the EPS-15c and Bruised, because it was nicked a bit by our friendly shipper.

I want to thank Tommy for doing a superb job not only building great cabinets but also for handling me so well! I highly recommend that you contact Tommy for help with speaker cabinets, combo and head amp cabinets, or with help modifying an existing cabinet.

Thanks Don!

I am enjoying using these speakers to practice. I especially like the EPS15-c with my pedal steel!

Thanks Larry,

Tommy's cabinets are the bomb! If anyone is considering new speaker cabinets I know Tommy would appreciate talking with you and provide pricing. You'll be suprised how affordable his cabinets are compared to others on the market.

This cab is beautiful. Tommy's going to make one for me.
Just wanted to give him a much deserved shout-out !

He's built different cabs for me for years.

His products are top notch, prices are as good as you'll find anywhere, and Tommy's customer service before, during and after is great !

A Christian man and friend to everyone who meets him.

Thank you Tommy.

Thanks for responding, Bo and Scott.

Scott, are you getting your new cabinet in the Burgundy Snakeskin Tolex?

One thing I'd like to point out about Tommy's cabinets is he wraps the carcass (box) with one piece of tolex, and places the seam at the bottom of the cabinet. No unsightly seams at the top of the cabinet!
