Sho-Bud LDG RKR

Hello, Iâ€™m very much a beginner of pedal steel but have gotten more serious about it these days. I recently picked up a 78 Sho-Bud LDG. Itâ€™s standard E9 with the exception of the RKR only lowering the second string. As opposed to that Knee Lever traditionally lowering 2 and 9, right? Thanks for any help.

For now I wouldn't worry about it.
The 9th string lower isn't used a lot.
If you're just starting I wouldn't worry, some pro's don't have that change.
