I think I may have cracked the code. Flip the text over and it closely resembles the language spoken by Klingons from the planet Vulcan.

There are no Klingons on Vulcan! You should know that, Doug. Laughing The formal name of the Klingon Homeworld is Q'onoS but most humans and Vulcans pronounce and spell it as Kronos.
