Hi Guys,
Yesterday was one for the books. First, I woke up to the good news that the Senate run-off in Georgia proceeded without incident. Next, later in the day, I saw news of riots and chaos at our Capital. In other words, "So fair and foul a day I have not seen."
Also heard that Gerry Marsden of Gerry and the Pacemakers has died. They were one of my favorite groups during my teenage years, and over the years I played their songs many times in different bands. I had to revisit one of their tunes, my first of the new year. I always remember the smiling optimism that Gerry M. brought to Don't Let the Sun Catch You Crying.
Hope your day is a good one.
Chuck

Thanks Chuck. Great song. We were so lucky to grow up in this era! Ferry Cross the Mersey stops me every time!

Very enjoyable, Chuck.
I found it soothing listening, after some anxious days.
Thank you.

Thanks, Lee. I found that working up this tune helped me deal with the craziness outside. Hope this will be a better new year.

Thanks, Craig. Funny you should mention the Crusaders. I was listening to their recording with Joe Cocker yesterday.
Did you have a specific Crusader tune in mind?
Happy New Year,
Chuck

Yes, its a Joe Sample tune off 'Free as the Wind' called 'It happens every day' piano tune, very beautiful and would hopefully lay out nice on steel.

Probably my favorite group and album of all time for many reasons.

Hope you are doing well!
