I'm listening to a Jimmy Newman album from 1970 - it's titled "Country Time" and it has non-pedal steel all over it. Wonder who's playing..

Rufus was a great fiddler and a wonderful entertainer. Wonderful is a tad mild for his musicianship and entertaining abilities.

Every note Rufus ever played SWUNG...

I was listening to a live Neil Young show the other day and Rufus
had me laughing out loud!He played some outside stuff, but he could sell it!

Dale Foreman,if that's your Dad playing steel, he was playing some great stuff!
