Mr. and Mrs. Thorwald Pitfargen undergo an experimental procedure
to install a new belly button on the top of their heads where it can't be seen.
This procedure is completely painless as opposed to removing the original
one where anesthesia usually involves 50 cubic feet of laughing gas and a croquet mallet.

That belly button thing is part of the Cyrano de Bergerac dating package. Technically, it's called a Jack'nJillical Cord.
