Ken,

I'm sorry to read you received a defective hard drive. It's nice to know they quickly take care of you when there is a hardware issue.

If you ordered from PG Music did you know you can sign onto your online account and download your 2021 files directly from your online account?

The 2021 Band-in-a-Box for Windows and RealBand programs are available as one download file. There is also a download manager file that will download and install the rest of the files in the background whenever your on the internet.
