1962 Gretsch 6119 Tennessean

This is a late 1961 guitar according to the serial number. it has appointments from both 1961(no pinstriping around the painted on F-holes) and the neck is bound(a 1962 feature). The pics show that there was a break in the pickguard by the front mounting screw, fixed. The other cosmetic item is the bleached out strip across the back of the neck, which I think was caused by out-gassing of the surgical tubing that was used on many guitar stands back in the day. Original case. Frets and nut are new, and the guitar plays great. $2600 shipped.
