Hi. Can anyone here help me out with a year on my MSA Classic? Serial number is 2C1114. This guitar was recently fixed up by Tom Bradshaw and now plays beautifully. Thanks Tom!! Hope someone out there knows a little history of this. It has holes drilled for a second neck and someone had put quite a few homemade parts in it before Tom got to it.
Thanks,
Nick

Give a call or e-mail with the serial number and they can tell you all about it's original sale and configuration.

David Wright here on the forum also seems to have this info sometimes.

Great looking guitar and Tom is the best!! He's helped me immensely rebuilding a couple of MSA guitars.

I'd guess it was made in mid 1973, probably June.

Thanks so much David! I’m not sure if he recognized it. It may have gone through several changes since then. Once again thank you!
