I see posts in the forum that talk about lowering the second string to a D.

What is the preferred way or how should I decide to tune it to D# or a D?

Thank you.

It is usually tuned to D# and then lowered to D and C# via a knee lever with a 1/2 stop. Very Happy

(Maybe they help you but chord charts are too much info for me) There's also Scotty Scott's but I find it hard to read. there's more

_______________

Lowering 2nd: I think it's generally done as a full tone with feel stop about 1/3 of way in for half tone drop, commonly on RKR.

On my Zum stage 1 it was a half tone drop on RKR
