Johnie,
I'm particularly proud of this one.
It is a Rains gospel model, cabinet by Mark Giles and the front is adorned with mother of pearl inlay.
The fret markers are also inlayed with mother of pearl doves.

There was a Mullen lacquer D-10,cream on top and what looked like Fiesta Red on the front. The company called it the "Candy Cane".The pic is now off the Mullen website, but if we ask REAL nice, maybe Mike Mantey will post it here.

Johnie,
Thanks so much!
It was built for a Canadian steeler and I bought it from him. He was at the Texas steel show and visited several builders but Rains was the only one who would tackle it.

Wow. I think that Jackson has lowers/raises at the keyhead, I'd like to try that sometime, and the Rains, beautiful! This coule be similar Mullen

[edit] nevermind it's a Bud not a Jackson
I think we need a separate division for mica steels, they sort of can't compete
