I believe that is Ben Keith on steel, played with a very flat right hand back then. The bass player in the video is Donny Young, aka Johnny Paycheck. Here is young Ben Keith:

Take this bass and shove it ! ... or something like that. Thanks for the answer. Regarding Paycheck he is one of my all time favorites, but I was too busy concentrating on the rest of the group to notice his unmistakable smile and attitude. Nice pic of Ben Keith below, thanks.
