I found an old video of me from around the early 80's.I hadn't been playing long and was fortunate these guys gave me a chance to learn how to play steel with an actual band.
At this point I was up to a lick and a half and have since added another lick and a half.

Hey Dick, you sounded like a highly advanced player compared to what the guys had to put with me when I started. |

Thanks guys. I played bass for five years and decided to switch to steel so the learning curve wasn't as steep as if I had started from scratch although I wasn't far from it. My issue was learning what the pedals and knee levers did. _________________ Cops aren't paid much so I steel at night. |

Hey Doc, Great hair, beard and playing. I don't know how you ever had time to play steel and to gain the position you have in the Hospital.I guess we all just had that desire.
BTW-didn't I play that guitar when I came out to Granbury with Wade? _________________ Cops aren't paid much so I steel at night. |
