Here's a very nice Excel S12U, black mica finish, 8 pedal/5 knee, has the E lever lock, smooth player! Weighs just under 41 lbs. in the case! Comes with Hard shell case. Asking $2399.00 plus shipping/handling/insurance paypal payment please add 3% to cover cost

Paul, if you mean the locking lever that holds the 4 + 8 string half step lower in place, yes the guitar has it. As with all standard E9 set ups, lowering the Es gives you a B6; this steel is not one of those that converts everything from E9 to C6.
I've played the guitar, and it's a good one.
