What is the serial number on that one?? Is that the double raise/Double lower fingers on it or Triple/double??

Yeah; serial #13046 was born March 1978. So yes that is the superpro mechanism just starting, with the Triple/Double changer and pot metal pulling mechanism underneath.
But still 3d fretboard and gumby keyhead....
