I have a 1505-8 BW I bought at an estate auction several years ago, it was still in the box. Is it useful for anything (pertaining to steel) other than as a bass speaker? Without a doubt, some people here know about this speaker and its possible usefulness.
I did a forum search and found nothing about it. |

I stand corrected after more searching. I found one post.
I also checked Peavey and it is for sound reinforcement. 1400 watts peak and 700 watts continuous. 20 to 2000hz. Kevlar reinforced cellulose smooth cone. aluminum flat wire voice coil.
I answered my question. |

I guess this is a try it and see. The specs are there but we know that can be deceiving. I have been surprised by bass speakers and underwhelmed by guitar speakers based on specs alone. |
