Hard to believe it's been nine years since I posted the "Steel Guitar Tune Of The Week" series. With most of us now staying home, it seems like a good time to revisit. I added them (with links to the Forum) to my website awhile back so I could have them all in one place.

Newbies in particular should inhale this stuff. You'll hear some of the greatest steelers playing their coolest instrumentals, plus some incredible back-up performances also.

Enjoy,
Joe

Killer, Joe. Thanks, helps me glide through the day a little easier. And goes great with the martini I'm a sippin'.

And definitely - people just comin' in should definitely inhale deeply! This kinda' stuff is where it's at!

Thanks, Joe! This will help inspire me to practice. When this is all over I want to be a better player than when it began!

Dave, speaking of 'Killer Joe', how 'bout this take on the great Benny Golson song of the same name (NOTE: this is an excerpt of the complete song which is a few minutes longer):

Keep on pickin'!

Thank you very much. That's a gold mine for beginners like me. (I used to be intermediate- but then I learned a bunch more and realized I don't know anything)
