Cliff, I too played several of Doug's shows in Indy.
As I recall Cliff you and I both had sets of our own, but you and I shared a set as well, it was a blast. I hope you recall.

I met Doug back in 1989, when I was first starting on pedal steel. He and I were both in the Indy Steel Club in Indianapolis, IN. The late Don E. Curtis was also in the club. I knew Doug well. He was a faithful man of God and a very good friend. So very sorry to hear of this terrible news. RIP Doug.
