Unknown pedal steel?

A friend of mine has had this for several years in his basement. No legs or pedal board. Iâ€™ve never seen anything about this guitar. Does anyone know anything? It looks like Shobud knee levers and maybe their fingertip changer but Iâ€™m not sure.

Definitely a SB knock-off, but one I've never heard of, much less seen. I think the name is "Minque."

Many years ago Harold Fogle gave me a brochure from the Capri Guitar Co., but I've never seen one in person or in detailed photo.
