Does anyone know if Peavey's factory service department is still operational? Are they still accepting items for service and repair? Since Mike Brown was terminated, and the steel guitar community lost it's valuable liaison to the company, it's uncertain to me whether or not they're still functioning as they were before. |

Sent my Nashville 400 to them for 100k mile checkup. Got it back the other day. Sent them my LTD400 today..
Go to their webpage, go to Support then go to Contact information.. there you’ll find the repair department address, email and phone number
Worked fine

Thanks, Bill & Mike. I recently purchased an old Session 400 head that may need a trip down there. |

Not sure if they are open due the the virus. I did talk with Jimmy McQuaig
In service less than two weeks ago. I sent a DPC750 in for repair.
He told me they they were running around 6 weeks behind due to the backlog of work
Never ever been a better musical instrument service company 🤙 |
