Andy, speechless is the exact word for me too! Amazing! Centuries-old instruments create a sci-fi sound yet make a durn good rendition.
I will never again complain my PSG is difficult to learn! _________________ Many play better than I do. Nobody has more fun. |

Pretty amazing. Some very talented artists. What I don't understand is you never hear the string plucking. _________________ Remembering Harold Fogle (1945-1999) Pedal Steel Player

Well, THAT's the MOST unique presentation of "Ghost Rides in The Sky" I could imagine! The cultural context of the presentation is light years away from the song's origin. To me, at least, that what adds so much charm.
However, I do think they need a few more instrumentalists to really do their thing justice.
Check out "Hotel California," especially at about 4:00. He really gets into it.
