Can anyone tell me what the correct string gauges for Leavitt tuning are? Low to high C# E G Bb C D.

The standard C6 gauges would work fine.. if you wanted to get more precise you could use Joe Ely's string chart

there are no "correct" guages. use what you like. what works on your particular guitar and its scale. what feels right to your hands. just go get several packs of different guage strings and start experimenting. things like pulls behind the bar....you will need to find the right ft/lbs of string pressure that suites you.
