I just got this DVD & TAB book the other day and it is really good. Its called E9th EXPANDING YOUR KNOWLEDGE.
Its kinda tricky to find.
First go to digndoug.com
then click on the top DIGNDOUG.COM
THEN click on DOUG'S STORE on the left
then click on Steel Guitar Instruction
then click on E9th Expanding your knowledge
Doug is going to be on TV next month on the country channel RFD-TV on a brand new show

Hi, ya...
I just wanted to clarify my earlier post with the actual names of the TABS-Doug put in these specific songs to cover a wide range of techniques.
He start off with 12BarBluesinB-flat
then,Jazz type chord progressiongs (7's9's13's dim's minor7s) (this book is just on the E9 neck)
then C-non pedal Blues, then the modes:Ionian, Dorian, Phrygian, Lydian, mixolydian, Aolean, locrian.
THE TALK OF THE TOWN,FOGGY MOUNTAIN,ROCKY TOP,HERES THAT RAINY DAY, and this TAB book comes with a DVD.
This is a brand new course, its called EXPANDING YOUR KNOWLEDE E9TH DOUG JERNIGAN.
He put a teaser TAB in there for Raisin the Dickens but to get the entire tab you have to have a lesson over skype first, like I just did about an hour ago, then you get all the tab for that one in the USPS mail. It's a good deal one lesson includes 45min one on one, then Doug drops the TAB in the USPS mail including a MP3 on CD.
Doug will be on Rural Farmer Directory channel, here in
Washington my cable station is RFD-HD. It will be starting at 2PM Saturdays Jan-18th my time replacing the Jimmy Dickens show. I'm not sure the exact title of the new show yet, it might be Merlin Gene and Friends. Anyway all pedal players should tune in and check it out because there is going to be a ton of pedal steel guitar in it by the Legendary Diggin' Doug!  |

| Ya, you can watch Doug Jernigan up close on the Merlin Gene Show on the RFD-TV. I have all 12 episodes recorded or atleast on the Cable-box. 2nd season coming out soon. |

I've been taking lessons from Doug...its a good deal.
You get the Skype lesson plus he puts the tab in the mail and a CD to listen to. Its only $60 bucks each lesson. you just send him a check with your info and he'll call ya to set up a time. He's been playing for over 60 years and he is literally the last of the Living Legends...
