I was hoping someone could help me with this:
On his Basic C6 course Paul Franklin goes over his coped ant and explains things somewhat. But the video doesn't coincide with the pdf he provides .
So ... does anyone have a current setup for his C6 neck?

Hi Jim,
I teach using the original Buddy Emmon's C6th setup (the Black album) period with the added D string on top as is shown in the PDF. That is where I started learning the tuning. Because it was laid out so logically following music theory in my mind it is still the easiest copedent to learn the tuning with. My C6th copedent is best understood by those who know Buddy's set up inside out.
I have 9 guitars. The set up Bob has is on 1 of my 9 guitars. They all have some copedent variances.

Thanks for answering so promptly Paul & Bob. My question was about your setup that you referred to on your Basic C6 online course. My question is where if the G lowered to F change and you also the C to C# & E to D pedal/knee lever?
I want to implement those changes but would like to follow you layout as much as possible.

G to F needs to be on a lever because it works well with the floor pedals.
The C to C# E to D is on the #9 pedal or Boo Wah pedal. |

I hope Paul doesn't mind me posting the copedent he talks about in the C6 course. It intrigues me too.

That's it! I tried to load a table from Word & it scrambled everything. The only thing from my current setup that I'd miss is the A to G# lower.... hard to live without that. I also like Paul's previous pedal 4 that raises F to A, A to C, and C to D - creates an A minor/C major pentatonic on the lower strings & really facilitates moving around on that part of the neck. But his ideas are very thoughtful.
