Who manufactures the changers, fingers and other parts for a steel guitar?

Who makes triple raise an triple lower changer with axel for sale? Around 1990 the Emmons company sold me a new changer with springs an Axel pillow blocks for $400. I made a nice keyless steelwith the changer yes she sounded like a Emmons
