Does anyone know of a tuner, either clip on or with 1/4 inch input, that will give me a Hertz readout? For example, if I play C two octaves above middle C, it will show 1046.50? I have a free app on my phone that does this, but when the rest of the band's tuning it doesn't work. Thanks for any leads.

Snark makes some clip-on tuners that show Hertz. 'Not sure if you can get a good reading from a Steel with a clip on tuner, though. |

The iStrobosoft app (by Peterson) does that.Tap the cents value, and voila you have the Frequency Display.
iRig 2 from IK Multimedia iRig 2 has a 1/4" instrument input, as well as a 1/8" headphone output, a 1/4" amplifier output and a FX/THRU switch. |
