Last year I refurbished a ShoBud Professional for John McFee (Doobie Brothers, etc) w 8/2. Since then he has been playing it and has found a home obviously w his new guitar. He gave me permission to post a link to McBakersfield Breakdown here . Guess we don't really need 4/5 knees? Smile

Nice & speedy, something Franklin would play.
His picking is right on the mark.

I've been aware of him playing steel very early on because I kept on buying those "West Coast" records in the early seventies:
Jerry Corbitt, Janis Ian, David Wiffen etc.
Van Morrison's Wild Night.. wow!
But this tops most anything.
Thanks for posting!

Jim would you happen to know what psg John used on Van Morrison's Wild Night?

Wow that is some monster pickin'!

I can see his style doesn't warrant more KL's but he has 8 pedals!!!

Choose your poison...

Any photos of the Bud?
