i have a MCI was a d10 converted to a SD10. don't know much about this steel guitar as far as history goes but i can tell you a few things about this steel. the bell cranks has zip strips on each one to keep the rods in place when it was new there was rubber bands on the bell cranks of which went bad over time and broke. i was told by a freind of mine duane from troy missouri of which he had a music store before he retired he said this steel sounds fantastic. it stays in tune very well and i think it sounds really good too. the only reason i am selling is i want to purchase a new one. if i dont' sell this one i am happy with it as well. give me a call and lets talk about it. will post more pictures leter if intrest is shown. i am asking $2600 obo. thanks sid 573-424-8308
