Stephen, you just missed a local show in Pevely Mo put on by Pat Heller this past Sunday. All local players of the highest caliber. Not sure if any teach but may know a teacher. Try Jeffco music and ask Daryl. He plays and builds pedal steel guitars. 636-942-3567. They are located on old hwy 21 in Otto Mo.
