Do not do business with Jeffran College

It is with no small degree of sadness that I make this post. Due to a reported continuing pattern of non-fulfillment of the purchase orders of Forum members, failure to refund prepayments and lack of followup correspondence or other communication with those who have placed orders, we can no longer recommend the services of Jeffran College or Jeffran Music. Jeff and Fran Newman were stalwart members of the steel guitar community for many decades and operated their business with transparency and integrity. It appears that, following their passing, the business, for whatever reasons, is no longer functioning in a reliable and transparent manner. Hence, we now recommend that Forum members do not do business with Jeffran College or Jeffran Music.
