I have been working on some copedents in a word document is there an easy way of posting them here? I have tried cutting and pasting put I lose the formatting.

save the doc in a picture format ie jpg. then post it.

you can open Snipping tool then select new , Drag cursor around document then save it as jpg. It will load fine in the forum.

Write it out on a piece of paper, or on your screen, take a picture of it with your phone, and upload it here.

I use Excel rather than Word - it's way easier to create a grid. Then I snip it like Greg says. I save it as a PNG file, not sure why, just habit.

[ tab ][ /tab ] but with no spaces, will give you a monospace font.
