| I have a really aggravating problem. When I am on Facebook or messinger, right in the middle of something, a friend's messenger page oops up and interrupts me. I have unfriended him and blocked him on messenger and facebook. He has done the same to me. Still, messenger with his profile photo pops up at no particular time. There has got to be someway to put a stop to this. |

Uninstall Messenger, reboot the computer, then download and reinstall the program.
Note: if your problem involves a handheld device, Force Stop the Messenger "App" then clear the cache and data. Restart the phone, then launch Messenger. It should open and request your login credentials and have a fresh start.
