I have an S-10 case from my old MSA Semi-Classic available free to a good home - you pay the postage and packaging cost and it's yours. The case could use some restoration - edge binding and latches particularly. The interior is in good shape.
For reference, the guitar (NOT INCLUDED!!!) is sized 34" x 7 1/2", and there are pockets for the rack and leg bag as well as a volume pedal. Case dimensions are approx. 7 x 14.5 x 41, weight 25lbs . Packing materials will add to dimensions and weight.
