As far as I can tell it's a "listen-only" site with an embedded player that doesn't allow downloads.

You should be able record your system audio with a utility that does that. I use Rogue Amoeba's Audi Hijack on my Mac for stuff like this. PITA to process and save, but does work for tracks you just gotta have in your library.
