Had one made for my Milkman 'Mini', very nice work and fits like a glove (came complete with a Milkman logo attached).

She worked with me to create a new cover for my Steeler's Choice sidekick model seat. No other company that makes custom covers would take on the task.

I haven't gotten a clamshell yet but I have order several padded and unpadded. These are excellent covers and I would suggest springing for the padded versions. The padded cover is not too bulky yet offers great protection. Also turnaround time on these is very reasonable.
