Hi all... I was asked to post this on the forum by a fellow PSG player.i found this clip from a PBS program of a very talented man who also is the owner of Braodway Music in Merriville IN (if I'm wrong kn the name or location please let me know). Anyway he shares some of his thoughts on the instrument, some of his favorite phrases and techniques that allow the steel to convey emotion and also a wonderful story about paying it forward. Nelsin you seem like a great fella and I hope to visit your store someday soon.

I've been to Nelson's shop and I can attest he is one cool guy, the real deal. He also sings and plays the steel at the same time - and does both well!
