If you have a used one please contact me.

If you’re interested I have a Wallace TT and an E66 that I could swap one for.

Thank you

JR,
I think one of those is a -0-1 with stainless steel blades? If so I’ll trade you. I’m on the road but when I get home I’ll take a pic of the Wallace. It has a tag with the ohm value on it. Looks new.

Could you please get the ohm rating on the George L? Or maybe a knowledgeable person will chime in.

Thank you for responding to my post. I’ll be in touch.

Marty,
You’re correct! The SS-10 is the same as the 10-1 but uses stainless steel blades rather than iron. It’s like an E-66 on steroids! All the depth and range of the 10-1 with an added bit of bite and clarity. I used them for quite sometime moving from using 10-1’s for several years and I was quite pleased. It should read 19.5K ohms, just as the 10-1 does. Be safe out there, Bud! 🙂

Thanks David! The E66 and TT is a little thin to my ears on the Fessy S10 so I’m trying something warmer.

I think you’ll enjoy the change. Fessy’s are a little to the brighter side so this should definitely give you a better response. When I had my S-10 Fessy I tried several different pickups and settled on an Emmons single coil wound to 19.5 and it was a perfect match! Definite “Emmonzy” tone...crisp and clear and no discernible hum! I still regret selling that guitar as it was one of the best tones I ever achieved. 🙂

Hey Marty, I am a little confused. My picture shows on the right a SS-10 and on the left a double blade. I do not know what it is. Just let me know for sure which one you want. I will measure the ohm's tomorrow on the SS-10 and the others as well. J.R.
