I already have three Quilter amplifiers and I’m getting an Aviator amp head so I no longer need this one. It’s barely been used so it’s virtually brand new. It comes with a handy caring case. I find that the “surf” setting is the best for steel guitar but you may think differently. It is not hard to dial in the tone using the voice settings, high cut and the interactive tone sweep control. I used it with a Webb JBL cabinet and it sounded great.
Use it anywhere, in any setting. It is everything you love about tube tone without the tradeoffs or hassles. Plug it in there in the studio through the direct out to record late at night. Then crank it into your favorite cabinets at the gig. All the while without giving up on your tone, your way through the front end you already love. Or just bring it along as a backup.
