Swingin the Standard

C6 chord melody

KING OF THE ROAD
Taught by Ron Hogan

Take a standard tune KING OF THE ROAD that Buddy Emmons did on C6. It allows the student to learn chord melody on C6 using a very basic setup.
Tabbed from the actual BIG “E” recording. Using only two pedals and one knee lever.

C6th tuning- RL knee-Lowers C half tone or which ever knee levers lowers it on your guitar.
Stock pedals 5 & 6

This lesson is the same as a student would take one on one with me in Nashville. They teach the patterns that can be used over many songs.
Included are:
Noted tablature
Actual sample of the chord melody played over a rhythm track.
A rhythm track to play by. Both normal speed and slow speed.
BONUS LICK: An audio teach-in of a harmony lick in the one chord.

$20.00 plus $2.00 shipping

Jack,

That's our Uncle B of course😃

It makes me a bit sad to see B go down hill since the time Peggy passed. It must have been a special marriage. Soulmates.

Ron,
I did recognize E from the Sid Hudson video, just trying to be clever, which obviously I need to work harder at...
I'd know both you and Buddy anywhere Smile
