What is a Beard "Road Reso"? No such animal.

Go to The Beard Guitars Wesbsite for specs on all of their guitars.

I assume he means this instrument. But I know nothing about them. I'd suggest contacting Beard:

The early Road-o-phonics used a mandolin resonator but the revamped version uses a biscuit type. It also has a 25” scale like a full size guitar. I haven’t played one yet but I’m sure the longer scale improves sustain and overall feel. It sounds like a great idea to me.
