I was just trying to relax and get past some stuff with the Smoke a Little of This CD. On the intro to Home in San Antone, it's straight guitar. I dunno if I have the CD liner, so who's playing that intro, Tommy? Leon? Clint? somebody else? and is that a piece of a tune from something else???

I can't find a video online....but thought some of you other dinosaur freaks might own the CD and/or know. Thanks.

Not sure who is playing the beautiful guitar part, but the title is "Adios Maraquita Linda".

Thanks fellows. I see Leon Chambers listed as guitar player. I know Tommy played some straight guitar too. Anyway, I just love that guitar piece.

Thank God TM recorded this series of albums. Do yourself a favor and listen to these. Pedals or not, they are just beautiful. You may just decide you don't need pedals.

I was lucky enough to see Tommy with Leon play many of these tunes. It was a lesson in humility for me. They were so fluid and tight in the arrangements. I loved there music so much I bought most of the cd's in the set. Can't say enough about TWTH band. I really miss those days.
