Hi folks, little over a year ago I got my first pedal steel, I'm 47 years old. Long work hours got in the way of practice and motivation. I think I was getting discouraged and definently tired from work, so I let it go.

Fast forward, I just started to get that itch again, and really wanted to try. I figured there's no rush, no pressure, but just enjoy it. I still had all my learning material i had bought previously. And i signed back up to the Paul Franklin Method. I'm slowly getting back to the progress I had previously made.

I believe this William's s10 has seen a time or two on this forum, but its mine now, Smile. With the exception of some bubbling of the finish in some areas, it's a really sharp looking guitar, and I like it alot. I have even contactacted Bill about getting some longer pedal rods, and he has been very nice and helpful.

Anyway, I've been reading tons and snooping around the forum alot, and practicing when I can. So i just wanted to say hello again, and share my new guitar.

Mike

It's so important to have a decent guitar. You can concentrate on the music without distractions, and if something's off, you know it's you! Smile
