No developments on my claim w/ the TN dept. of consumer affairs. I checked in w/ them last week & they said she has 30 days to respond, which she has yet to do. Been about 25 days. Will update in this thread.

It’s sad , I’ve also been stung for 40 bucks on that pre sale, but yet I get emails on products from them every holiday and then some,
