Selling a pair of British-made (not Chinese) Celestion Classic Lead 80 8 ohm speakers in excellent condition for their age, and in perfect working order with no tears or other defects. I purchased these new in 1989 but they date as made in 1987 per the stamps on the speakers. They resided in my late 70s Fender Pro Reverb since purchased and I only recently replaced them when I wanted a JBL-type speaker.

The UK-made versions are much more desirable than the new Chinese-made versions (though I can't vouch for the sound difference). But these are being sold at less than the cost of a new Chinese version.

$200 for the pair or $125 a piece if I break them up, plus shipping. Will take Paypal or checks, money orders, cash but won't ship until payment clears.
