President Jim Rice, You did a nice job writing the RISGA Newsletter as usual. On February 24th I will be bringing my Session 115. I haven`t quite figured it out yet. It has so many "bells and whistles". Fellow steel pickers, come and have fun at the quarterly meeting.

Thanks Manny, glad you enjoyed it. Can't wait to see and hear your 115.

Really hope to see a lot of folks at the jam next weekend. It's so much fun just hearing how everyone interprets the tune with their own style. If anyone wants to showcase a song or lick we'd all love to hear it.

Remember, everyone plays - beginners and seasoned players. Special shout out to Deane C to brig his MSA - it's all done right?

Hey everyone just a reminder that tomorrow is our meeting and jam session.

Bring your rig and a pot luck item and some ideas for tunes to jam on.

Anyone have a solo piece they want to show off?

Kevin Fennessey from Portsmouth, R.I. will be bringing his 6 string Gibson lap steel from the 1940`s. He is looking to sell it. He says it is in good condition.

Hi Dan, It was nice meeting you and Mrs. Kelly. Also, you are better looking than your forum face. Thanks for coming down to Tiverton, RI and joining RISGA.

Yes, we did indeed have a good time at the meeting. Nice meeting you Dan and your wife (Marion)? Love your new guitar!
I thank everyone for showing up and participating this last Sunday. Still scares me to jump out there and play something I'm not really sure about but we have a great bunch of members who encourage and support each other in our efforts. It was this club and it's members who encouraged me to keep trying to play more without which I would probably still only be playing at home.
Thank you all!
