Hi all - just picked up my first pedal steel - it's a Sho Bud Professional with the original pickups. Looking for a volume pedal ideally around 100-150. Any recommendations?

Thanks!

Congratulations on your new steel Graham. Look over in the For Sale section, Amps and Accessories. There's a bunch of used pedals over there in your price range. Some of them don't show pics, but you probably want one that sits flat on the floor unless your pedal rack is equipped with a mounting bracket.

There are a few potentiometer pedals such as Goodrich, including a MSA pedal that I have for sale over there. https://bb.steelguitarforum.com/viewtopic.php?t=339577

There's also an electronic Hilton pedal for a good price.

A Sho-Bud too, but no pics.

These mentioned are some of the most used volume pedals for steel guitar.

Goodrich also offers new pedals if you want a new one. Electronic pedals, besides Hilton, such as the Telonics are available too.

Good Luck.
