I use a G Major 2 as the onboard effects processor in my Telonics TCA 500 combo amp. I find it to be a great processor with very high quality effects. I didn't get mine from Telonics but rather picked up a used one and programmed it with the special pedal steel presets from Telonics written for that unit. I've had this rig a few years and for the most part it works wonderfully but on two occasions I've noticed that a reverb or delay preset doesn't sound quite right and then discover that some of the programmable parameters have changed by themselves. I've had to go in and re-program some of the presets. I wonder what accounts for that? Could it be bad power? It happened recently after we had been playing a very old building which may well have electrical issues. Has this happened to anyone else who uses this setup? To be clear this is completely unrelated to the Telonics amp, the issue is within the G Major 2.
