Rx in Tx--I need a steel tech!

So, I just bought a Fender T-3 and one of the necks will not make any sound. The button is there and it will push down and come up but it will not unscrew out as it should. The other two necks work fine (although one of the buttons is missing, but for now I can just move the one button back and forth).

Can anyone recommend an experienced tech in Austin (or nearby)? I was thinking that Walter Hutcherson (if he's still working) must have seen a few of these in his day. I know several excellent guitar techs but I don't know if they know beans about these old Fender steels. There must be one or two guys who would be tops at this. Any suggestions appreciated.
